2021 Quality Survey (Material Take Off) Program
Construction Services Enterprise (CSE) in conjunction with Florida Building Material Alliance (FBMA) is offering a Quality Survey Program course at the FBMA headquarters in Mt. Dora, Florida.
Course Description:
A one-day program designed to accurately estimate the quantity of materials for common construction items related to a residential project. Topics to be covered include: calculating areas and volume; basic rules for material take-off; conversation factors and short cuts when determining quantities of lumber, roof materials, interior finishes and other construction materials.

Introduction
Philip B. Copare has spent his entire career in the construction industry. He has worked on numerous commercial projects early in his career, worked with Dade County Schools after Hurricane Andrew. He has been a member of the American Arbitration Association, also completing the State of Florida Mediation Training Program, and a certified Master Trainer with National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), teaching both the project Management and Supervisory Academies since their inception. In addition, he serves as the Educational Director and Safety Specialist for FBMA.
Mr. Copare brings to the classroom his dynamic and unique brand of education with real life experiences and examples.
Construction Services Enterprise (CSE) is a multi-disciplined consulting firm specializing in construction education, seminars and training for owners and contractors.
Mr. Copare, President of Construction Services Enterprise has an extensive education and experience in the construction industry. He received a BCN from the University of Florida; a Masters Degree in Business from Rollins College; licensed certified general contractor; licensed certified underground utility contractor and maintains a salesman real estate license. He holds a Professional Safety Certification and is approved to teach the 1 O hour and 30 hour OSHA Safety courses. CSE is also a construction CEU provider for the State of Florida.
CSE has been providing education programs to the construction industry since 1986, always working with our clients to define their needs, requirements and objectives. CSE will travel out of state to accommodate client needs.
